Applied in processes such as chlor-alkali production, hydrochloric acid synthesis, and API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing, it real-time monitors HCl concentrations ranging from 0 to 10 ppm around reaction kettles, rectification towers, and in process waste gas. Via RS485 interface and ModBus RTU protocol, it connects to DCS/PLC systems. With a wide operating temperature range of -20~60℃ and a wide power supply range of 5~28VDC, it ensures production safety and process stability.
Industrial Waste Gas Treatment & Environmental Compliance Supervision
Deployed at the waste gas discharge outlets and the inlet/outlet of treatment devices (scrubbers, adsorption towers) of chemical, metallurgical, and pharmaceutical enterprises, it monitors HCl concentrations before and after treatment to verify waste gas treatment efficiency and ensure emission compliance. The ModBus RTU protocol is compatible with environmental monitoring platforms, enabling remote data transmission and supervision, and meeting the low-concentration monitoring requirements of industrial waste gas.
Leakage Monitoring for Hazardous Chemical Industrial Tank Farms/Warehouses
Used in storage areas for HCl cylinders, liquid chlorine/hydrochloric acid storage tanks, it real-time monitors HCl leakage concentrations and triggers alarms and links emergency systems (ventilation, spraying) when concentrations exceed the threshold. It also monitors temperatures from -40~+80℃ and humidity from 0~99.9%RH. With a lightweight design of 0.6kg for easy installation and RS485 networking to cover large-area tank farms, it guarantees the storage safety of hazardous chemicals.
